Publication Charges & Copyright Information

EMID Journals operates under a Gold Open Access model with a joint copyright policy, ensuring that published research is freely accessible to all while sharing copyright ownership between authors and the journal. This approach maximizes the dissemination of knowledge while respecting authors’ proprietary rights.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

To sustainably manage and maintain the high quality of peer-reviewed publications, EMID Journals will introduce Article Processing Charges (APCs) starting January 2026.

Current Waiver

All publication fees are fully waived until December 31, 2025 to encourage submissions and support authors globally during this initial period.

APC Structure from January 2026

EMID Journals implements a tiered APC pricing model based on the economic status of the authors’ countries, ensuring affordability and inclusivity worldwide.
